The Services Board
Six plates ready on the tree.
This is the working board of AcuteTherapy, the design arm of ACUTE THERAPY EQUIPMENT, LLC. We operate in computer integrated systems design for United States equipment operators, hanging each capability as a plate you can load for a single rep or a full programme. Every service below links the same discipline of assess, load, progress and maintain.
Enterprise systems integration
The first plate is the oldest one on the wall. A therapy equipment operator rarely fails because one desk is slow; the friction lives where the desks refuse to talk. Enterprise systems integration is the craft of making order capture, stock holding, dispatch, servicing and billing share one current of truth.
We run the exchange in two movements. First we map the seams that leak: the spreadsheet that holds the repair history nobody can read, the warehouse scanner that marks a delivery as lost every Tuesday, the invoice raised twice because two ledgers keep their own copy of the customer. Then we connect the systems properly, through defined connectors and reconciled records, so a sale on the front desk becomes a picking note, a service date and a collected payment without anyone re-keying a word.
The gain is repeatable. New staff train on one screen instead of five, stock takes reconcile in an hour, and leadership see a single operating number rather than a stack of claims. For the operators we serve from 2310 N 400 E Ste B, Logan, this is the difference between a business held together by memory and a business held together by design.
Rep 01 - Enterprise Systems Integration
A sample outcome: order to cash time falls from days to hours, and every handover between sales, stock and service is logged in one shared current.
Custom software architecture
Packaged programs carry the shape of someone else workout. Custom software architecture shapes the tool to the load you actually move. We translate the operators routines into a software structure that mirrors real departments, so each role opens the view that belongs to it and every action records itself downstream.
Architecture here means decisions taken early and kept quietly: boundaries between modules, a data model that does not fight the business vocabulary, and interfaces that a new hire can meet before coffee goes cold. A therapy equipment house lives on precision; we build the same precision into process, from quoting a lift to closing a preventive maintenance appointment.
The result is not decoration. It is software that bends when the routine grows an extra step, and that survives the people who wrote it leaving the gym. The architecture document reads like a session brief, so the next rep starts from a warm floor rather than a cold one.
Rep 02 - Custom Software Architecture
We always ship the shapes your operators already respect, so adoption is a short warm-up, not an injury.
Custom cloud foundations that do not bite back
Cloud infrastructure design is the rack on which a modern operator hangs their confidence. We architect the accounts, the network, the storage and the drills so that a clinic in one town and a service truck in another read the same record the same way, as if they shared a single floor.
Security sits first. Access is granted at the level a role really needs, backups are tested on a season and a recovery is rehearsed like a fire drill, not left to the day of panic. Cost is kept lean by right-sizing rather than over-provisioning, so the monthly footprint matches the real number of seats and sessions.
When demand moves - a purchasing wave, a new product line, a county licensing push - the foundation grows with edges and machines already drawn. Scaling becomes an expected progression instead of a weekend rebuild. That is what we mean when we say the cloud should be as steady as a well-braced squat rack.
Rep 03 - Cloud Infrastructure Design
Uptime, recovery and cost are three bars we never let collide uncontrolled.
Legacy system modernisation without the drop set
Every long-standing operator keeps a system that was new when the founder painted the sign. Legacy system modernisation retires the tired joints without dropping the load they carry. We bring a decade of records across intact, rebuild whatever still earns its keep, and retire whatever only slows the room.
The approach is conservative and steady. We analyse the running beast first - its reports, its quirks, the hidden rules in its corners - and treat the migration as a careful progression of small, verified movements rather than one dramatic rip. Old data is profiled, cleaned and moved with a reconciliation gate at every stage, so the new floor opens on proven numbers.
Down the hall the win shows up in mood: staff stop confessing that they keep the real position on their own notepad because the machine cannot be trusted. Once the modern platform is accepted, the same people protect their data in the system, because the system now protects them back.
Rep 04 - Legacy System Modernisation
No record left behind, no regression unreported, and a clean handover at the final bell.
Data pipeline engineering for honest numbers
A stack of sales tickets, servicer notes and sensor logs is only raw chalk on a board until someone draws the shape of it. Data pipeline engineering lays the pipework that pulls those sources into one clean ledger, transforming them along the way so every report reads the same language.
Our pipelines are built to be dependable rather than flashy. Freshness is scheduled, schema drift is watched, and each stage is easily caught when a source changes shape mid-season. We prefer to tell you when the number is uncertain than to hand you a confident falsehood wearing a clean coat.
The payoff lands in the decisions. When the waybill data and service records finally agree, forecasting fills with meaning: which machines carry the warranty load, which routes eat the most hours, which parts turn over too slowly. A diary of numbers beats a diary of impressions, and that is the whole point of the exercise.
Rep 05 - Data Pipeline Engineering
Clean inflow, watched quality, and a decision-ready view on the far side of the bench.
IT service management platforms
The equipment operators and clinic staff who keep a therapy house healthy deserve the same care in their own support queue. IT service management platforms give that care a bench, a rotation and a measure. Requests no longer disappear into a chat window; they queue, age visibly and close with an owner named.
We configure the platform around real service categories - a logon problem, a device fault, a scheduled maintenance window, a new starter request - each with its own rule, priority and escalation so urgent work is never buried under tidiness. Reports show volume, time to resolve and repeat offenders plainly, like a session log that notes the sets.
The quieter benefit is knowledge. Resolutions become cards the team can recall instead of secrets held in one senior head, which matters when the roster turns over. Self-service questions answer themselves at the door, freeing the bench for the work that actually needs a human.
Rep 06 - IT Service Management Platforms
Every ticket finds an owner, and the queue stays visible to the people who depend on it.
Put the right plate on today.
Every programme starts with an honest conversation about the load. Send a session log through the contact board and we will assess which plate fits your floor first - integration, architecture, cloud, modernisation, the data pipes or the service bench - and sketch the first rep at no charge.
